Getting started with Obics

Obics is an observability platform for application and services. It ingests telemetry from your deployed systems and stores them in a managed data store. This allows you to analyze your applications` behavior and see what's under the hood.

What does make Obics unique you might ask? In other words, why does the world need another observability platform? As technology moves on, many new abilities become available. New standards and libraries are adopted and new work methodologies become popular. Encumbant solutions have been around for over a decade, but since then there many advancements in database technology, AI, and telemetry standards.

Obics is designed from from the start to work with OpenTelemetry as a first class citizen. We use an OLAP data store that allows advance analytics. We keep logs, metric, and traces in a unified database to be able to correlate between them. And last but not least the entire solution was built for AI in mind. Obics uses a custom AI model that trains on your own logs, metrics, and traces, and allows you to gain insights by using natural language.
